It is a flexible system based on a number of typical, mass-produced components that allows the construction of various types of buildings up to four stories.
Corehaus allows you to construct an unlimited number of different building objects from 6 elements produced in one stream. Thanks to the flexibility of the solution, it is possible to configure apartments, their size and functions in different ways.
It is possible to reconfigure them, during construction as well as use.
With Core Elements you can build family homes from the smallest to impressive villas, multi-family and commercial buildings.

Corehaus buildings are made from natural materials in a zero-waste process, reducing the carbon footprint at every stage, from production and transport to building installation and operation.

How is this possible ?
The uniqueness of the solution lies in the perfection of simplicity, it is the same as playing with the 6 simplest Lego bricks from which you can build 915,103,765 combinations.
6 core elements are a typical column, a beam, two types of walls and a ceiling element - we only use these elements to construct all our projects.
Corehaus is like a computer operating system. You can run many different applications in it to create buildings with different characteristics tailored to your needs and expectations.
The glued structural timber from which we make our elements has excellent properties and parameters - from a structural, fire, thermal and acoustic point of view.
We also use wood-based insulating materials to insulate our elements.
It's almost completely waste-free production of glulam components - the most natural raw material for construction.
Repeatability of elements means lowering costs, ensuring smooth deliveries, reducing carbon dioxide at every stage, from production, transportation to assembly and use.
